It's Monday morning and your alarm goes off at 5:30am. It's time to get out of bed and get ready for work. I feel like calling in sick today you think, as you swing your legs over the side of the bed... or hit your snooze button for the sixth time. There are plenty of both good and bad jobs out there. And then there are weird jobs. Here are the 10 Weirdest Jobs In The World.

Have you ever heard the expression doing blank is like watching paint dry? Well, try working as a paint drying watcher. These employees observe paint as it's drying to note changes of colors and particles.

Then there is the human scarecrow. No, really, I kid you not. You get to dress up in ratty clothes and stand in a field all day warding off birds, animals and even human thieves. But, mostly, it's just standing around. How itchy would the hay be on a hot day?

I don't know if a pet food tester is better or worse than being a human scarecrow, but it's definitely weird. Although, when feeding my dog I often smell his food and think hey, that smells better than the frozen meatloaf I ate last night. I wonder... But I don't wonder enough to want to eat it. I hope these people are paid well.

There are some wealthy families who hire a professional mourner to display their grief. What a weird job! (And also a depressing one.)

Two of the weird jobs involve the sense of smell. The first, an odor judge, is probably the better of the two.
