The ingredients you will need for this recipe include original Bisquick mix, sugar, baking soda, Greek yogurt, milk, egg, whipping cream, vanilla Greek yogurt, and fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. In a medium bowl mix the Bisquick mix, sugar and baking soda. In a small bowl, beat 1 cup yogurt, the milk and egg with whisk. Add to dry ingredients, and beat until combined. Batter will be lumpy. Then pour by 1/3 cupfuls onto greased hot skillet. Cook the pancakes until edges are dry and bubbles appear on surface, about 3 minutes. Turn; cook on other side an additional 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Meanwhile beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add one cup of yogurt, and beat to stiff peaks.
