This rat is a master chef, and he makes a ratatouille recipe to die for. The movie really does make you feel like getting into the kitchen and making up a batch of your own of the colorful recipe. This recipe is all about seasonal vegetables, and once you put them all together you have a dish that is not only beautiful but tastes of the harvest of the season. Some of the ingredients you will need for this recipe include yellow onion sliced, minced garlic, chopped sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, freshly ground black pepper, aubergine sliced, courgette sliced, yellow squash sliced and plum tomatoes sliced. To start toss the onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and some of the olive oil, some of the fresh thyme, some salt and a couple grinds of pepper in a microwave safe 9 inch pie dish. Cover with a piece of wax paper. Microwave the dish on high until the onions are soft and translucent. While the onions cook, toss the aubergine, courgette and yellow squash slices with some of the remaining olive oil, the remaining thyme, some salt and a few turns of black pepper in a large bowl.
