When you first mix everything up for this recipe, you will notice that the dough is extremely sticky. This will get taken care of when you add the extra Bisquick to your surface for the patting out of the biscuits. You will want to add just enough flour to the dough to make it smooth and pliable. You can also double the recipe to use in a 9 by 14 baking pan, plus another four biscuits in a separate pan. These biscuits are great to serve with most any meal. You could serve them with a main dish recipe, or even have them for a snack, they are so delicious, you'll want to have more than one!

The ingredients you will need for this biscuit recipe include Bisquick, 7UP, sour cream, and some melted butter. To start combine the sour cream and the biscuit mix. Then add the 7-Up to make a very soft dough. Then sprinkle in the additional biscuit mix on a cutting board or table and roll the biscuit dough out. Cut the dough into circles with a biscuit cutter or a drinking glass if you don't have a biscuit cutter. Then melt some butter in a 9 inch square pan. Dip each biscuit into butter and turn over, so that both sides have some of the butter on them. Place the cut biscuits in a baking pan and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown for approximately 15 minutes.

This recipe site is created by a daughter and mother team. Kelli is the daughter and she is a 26 year old full time student in speech pathology, an avid reader and hiker. She is married, and enjoys cooking healthy meals. She enjoys finding recipe that have lots of fresh greens and produce, bold spices, bold flavor combinations, or simply something she's never heard of before. There's almost nothing she won't try. She says her mother is a genius in the kitchen, who was the type of mom who always had a good meal on the table by 5 every day. It's because of her, that Kellie has always taken great homemade meals for granted. You'd think that growing up a mother like that she would have used that as her example, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that she became interested in cooking.

Then there is Kim the mother, who is a long time home cook who loves all things food. She loves to grocery shop and get food from local farms. She enjoys canning and freezing summer produce, making pickles and homemade jellies. She also loves to collect recipes and share those recipes with others. She enjoys cooking for family, church functions, and others in need of a good meal. She especially enjoys baking. She enjoys walking into a house that smells of homemade bread or hot chocolate chip cookies, it makes her feel at home.

She is the mother of Kelli as well as her three younger (and usually hungry) siblings. She also enjoys cooking for the four children and hungry son in law in the family. She has a husband who is a minister at a church where they have a lot of potlucks and youth functions. On the site you will find a lot of recipe inspirations, with recipe that include both of their recipes. Some recipes on the site include appetizer recipes, bread recipes, dessert recipes, salad recipes, dip recipes, miscellaneous recipes, and plenty more!
