You can never have too many great recipes, from breakfast recipes, lunch recipes, main dish recipes and dessert recipes there are so many to choose from and enjoy eating! The photos were enough for me to be interested in trying out this one! I am pretty impressed that kale chips made the list, surprisingly, as they really aren't too difficult to make, and yes, they are healthy, so even better! These crisp, feather light, and nutty, green chips made kale eating possible for many who would otherwise never try the leafy vegetable. With recipe variations that splash a bit of sherry vinegar, or a spicy version with crushed chiles, yum! Sounds really good doesn't it?!

Of course, it's not surprising that the 36 Hour Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe made the list, I think it's safe to say that chocolate chip cookies make it to a lot of top favourite lists, but it's making the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe that we are all after. This New York Times, 2008 recipe, revolutionized the standard classic cookie recipe by adding a 36 hour resting period (who can wait that long though?!), this resting period allows for dehydration of the dough, which ages the dough and I have read elsewhere that cookie dough that has sat overnight, is better. This recipe also has a sprinkle of sea salt for that nice sweet and salty flavour combination that people love so much. The recipe also suggests scooping the dough before chilling it.
