Statistician David Saunders says Betty Hill's drawing resembles Zeta Reticuli, a star system in the southern constellation of Reticulum! It was way back in the year of 1961 that Betty and Barney Hill first claimed they were abducted by aliens. The couple, from New Hampshire in the United States, even tried to prove it with Betty drawing a map of where she says the aliens came from. But their claims were thrown out by expert after expert who said there was no constellation that resembled a known formation, until David Saunders says that Betty was telling the truth as her drawing resembles Zeta Reticuli, he says that there is no way Betty could have randomly sketched the star map. Betty, who passed away in 2004, previously said of her abduction that she was taken on board. Her husband Barney was taken into one room and she was taken into another, the one who did the testing was called The Examiner. They first put her on a stool and they checked her eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Then they put her on a table, and said they wanted to check her nervous system. They then tried to insert a needle like instrument into her navel which caused her pain so they stopped doing it. Her husband Barney's exam was very much like hers in the beginning except they were interested in his bone structure.

While proponents of the extraterrestrial hypothesis suggest that these unexplained reports are of alien spacecraft, the hypothesis cannot be excluded that these reports are simply other more prosaic phenomena that cannot be identified due to lack of complete information or due to the necessary subjectivity of the reports.
