For the chocolate frosting recipe you will need butter, buttermilk, unsweetened cocoa and powdered sugar, For the turtle topping recipe you will need some chopped pecans, semi sweet chocolate chips and some caramel sauce to drizzle. To start preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine self rising flour and granulated sugar and set aside. In a saucepan, combine some butter, some coffee, and some cocoa. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then pour into the prepared dry ingredients. Using a hand-held mixer, mix on medium speed until wet and dry ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add eggs and the 1/2 cup of buttermilk. Mix on medium speed for another minute or so, until well combined.
