You'll need refrigerated biscuits, mozzarella cheese cut into cubes, some bacon cooked and crumbled, some melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pizza sauce for dipping. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then separate the biscuits from the can, and place one cube of cheese into the center of each of the biscuits. Top the cheese with some of the bacon, and wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and bacon, and then seal tightly. Place the seam side on the pan, making sure to put the bacon bombs about one inch apart on a baking pan that is ungreased. Bake this appetizer recipe for approximately ten minutes, or until you see that the biscuits are a nice golden brown, and the cheese is melted. While the bacon bombs recipe is cooking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and set aside. Remove from the oven, and then immediately brush with some of the butter mixture. Serve this appetizer recipe with some warm pizza sauce (optional). Enjoy!
