The ingredients you need for this bacon and chicken recipe include boneless skinless chicken breast, thick pepper bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and some toothpicks soaked in water. To start slice the boneless chicken breasts into one inch slices, then slightly cook your bacon you don't want it to be crips but just to add some color. Then put a piece of bacon on tip of a piece of chicken slice and roll up the chicken with the bacon on the inside. It will take about two to three steps of chicken and about two slices of bacon. Then use toothpicks to hold together the chicken and bacon. Then drizzle the olive oil over the tops and bottom of the pieces and sprinkle with some thyme and garlic powder. Next grill the chicken and bacon over medium heat, so that the chicken is fully cooked, which usually takes approximately five minutes on each side.
