The ingredients required here are very minimal that you will only need a chicken breast, cream cheese, green onions, pepperjack cheese and of course, bacon. You can finish cooking it in less than an hour, around 50 minutes including the prep time. This will give you four large servings, so it's also good for regular family dinners. The finished product looks so gourmet by the way, especially if you decide to do some plating and garnish it with a few green vegetables on the side.

You must also know that a piece of bacon to wrap around the chicken is enough. You don't need to add another one to coat it. But if you love bacon so much that you want to double it, then it's not a problem as well. Just picture the moist chicken recipe with the pepper jack cheese melting and the cream cheese slightly coming out of the chicken, yum right?

This chicken recipe looks so delicious, everyone will want to try it! This main dish recipe is an elegant meal, with a chicken recipe that is super moist, and a flavor so delicious with the bacon wrapping. With your boneless chicken breast cut into four equal pieces, some cream cheese, some shredded Pepperjack cheese, some chopped green onion and some bacon you can get started on your recipe.

After you've cut your chicken into four equal pieces, you can pound each chicken breast until they are about 1/4 inch thick. Then mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, and chopped green onions. Then put some of this mixture into the middle of each of the chicken pieces. Then starting with the long side of the chicken piece, roll up the chicken piece making sure to keep the cheese mixture in the middle. Then take the bacon and wrap one to two slices around each chicken breast, and secure each with a toothpick, if you need to. In a preheated 375 degree oven place the chicken onto a baking sheet and bake for approximately thirty minutes. Then broil the top of the chicken recipe for approximately five minutes until the recipe is a nice brown, and the bacon is crisp. Turn each of the chicken breast pieces over and broil on the other side for approximately three minutes until the other side is also crisp. Serve as soon as the chicken recipe is finished cooking.

This is a nice chicken recipe that is easily adapted to adding your favorite flavors and bastes, such as grilling sauces, chili sauces, sweet and sour sauce or marinades that can be added when the chicken is baking for some tasty added barbecue flavor.
