First off, you will want to make sure that you have all your ingredients ready. You will need a meat mix of pork, veal and beef which works well together. Chop up some garlic cloves roughly (not minced), and some fresh chopped up parsley. For the bread crumbs you can make your own, or find some premade ones that you like, there are even gluten free varieties out there. The best part is the cheese, some shredded (not grated) Parmesan cheese or Asiago cheese, and some mozzarella cheese to put on top.

Once you have your ingredients, you can begin to mix the meatball ingredients and then form you mixed meatballs, making sure not to make them too large. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then pour some oil on a baking stone or pan with sides and bake the meatballs for approximately twenty minutes. Then lower the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. At this point, you can put some of that premade pasta sauce (unless you made homemade pasta sauce), at the bottom of the dish you will be using to bake the recipe. A good size of dish is a nine inch by thirteen-inch dish. Put the cooked meatballs on top of the spaghetti sauce, and then cover with some more sauce and this is where you can top with lots of the mozzarella. You want this Parmigiana meatball recipe to be covered with cheese. Now cover the meatballs with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for approximately twenty minutes. Next remove the aluminum foil and bake for approximately twenty more minutes or just until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked through, and the cheese is browning nicely.
