To start you'll want to use a packet of yeast, In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Stir until blended. Then in a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, dry yeast and salt. Stir until blended. Next in a small microwave safe bowl, you'll combine the water and olive oil. Microwave on high in 15 second increments until very warm but not hot to the touch. Add the water/oil mixture to flour mixture. Add the egg white. With a large wooden spoon, beat three to four minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Add the flour and beat an additional three to four minutes to combine the ingredients if using a wooden spoon and longer if using an electric mixer.
