This fabulous Chinese Chicken stir fry is made with basic ingredients and is considered as a recipe that is good for your heart as it uses either skinless chicken thighs or breasts. This recipe is actually one of the most popular cuisine techniques in Asia. This involves cooking the chicken in a wok with a very high amount of heat; for a shorter period of time. The chicken is marinated first and fried in a wok and added with oyster sauce. This is a great beginner stir fry recipe that you must try. Below are the ingredients that you need to prepare.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts (cut into 1� pieces)

- 1/4 cup honey

- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 Tablespoons rice wine

- 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger (minced)

- 2 Tablespoons fresh garlic (minced)

- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 pinch ground black pepper

- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce

Cooking Procedure:

In a bowl, put all together the chicken, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix it well and marinate it for 1 hour. Heat the cooking oil in a wok and saut� your ginger, onion and garlic. Next step is to add the marinated chicken and stir fry it for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes more. After the said time, turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving plate. This recipe can be served with plain rice or try yang chow fried rice. Share and enjoy!
