But honestly, thirty minutes for a savoury dish filled with flavour is worth it, and it really isn't a lot of time, so if you can plan ahead and make it, you would be totally fine. The ingredients list for this recipe is fairly basic as well, which is always nice to see. All that is needed is the chicken, of course; this recipe calls for boneless, skinless chicken thighs that are very easy to come by and are also very affordable. Flour and butter are also needed, which is what the chicken will be browned up in. Then you will also need button mushrooms, which can be brown or white, onion, vermouth, chicken stock, tomato paste, bay leaf, thyme and last but not least, sour cream, to give the sauce that nice, creamy texture.
