Chocolate Chip Cream Puffs

To prepare the filling combine some half and half, some granulated sugar, and a dash of salt in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Combine remaining sugar, cornstarch, egg, and egg yolks in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Gradually drizzle milk mixture into egg mixture, stirring constantly with a whisk then return the mixture to pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens approximately four minutes while stirring constantly. To prepare the glaze recipe, combine the corn syrup, some half and half, and some vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high for 15 seconds. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa and stir with a whisk until smooth the glaze should be thick and sticky.
