Prepare this Cinnamon Baked French Toast the night before! This is really handy when you have company to feed or want to save a few moments in the morning. This recipe is perfect for kids, guests, friends, office mates and other colleagues. Below are the list of ingredients that you'll probably need to prepare.

Ingredients:

- 1 loaf stale bread (challah works well)

- 8 whole eggs

- 2 cups milk

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- 3/4 cups granulated sugar

- 2 Tablespoons vanilla

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 stick cold butter, cubed

Procedures:

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Tear the loaf bread into big chunks or cut it into cubes and place them into the bottom of the prepared dish. In a small or medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cream, sugar and the vanilla all together. Pour the mixture over the bread, cover the mixture with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator. Next morning, take the baking dish and let set to warm the dish to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

In a small or medium sized bowl, stir all together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add nutmeg if you wish. Use your fingers to rub in the butter and make a crumbly texture. When you are ready to bake, sprinkle over the French toast mixture; place into the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes for a soggier version and 60 minutes for a less liquid version and more firmer. Serve with maple syrup and butter. Once the recipe is done, serve it out in individual portions and enjoy your Cinnamon Baked French toast. Enjoy your meal!
