Who's up for rock climbing later? If you want to tone that muscles and lose that extra weight --- Are you drunk?! Rock climbing can't do that! It's not even an exercise! If you want to have that muscles and drop some pounds, go to the gym! Well, my mom would always say that I should never be rude to someone. You're lucky she taught me that because if she hasn't, I might be throwing rocks at you right now. Yes, you are right about going to the gym. You can have the toning and losing there. But rock climbing as not an exercise? Are you sure you're from this planet? Well, if you're some alien, I'll tell you some things about rock climbing.

Rock climbing is an activity in which participants climb, down or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. Rock climbers' goal is to reach the top of the rock formation without falling. In order to do this, you also have to return to the base safely. However, there are some risks too. Due to the length and extended endurance required, accidents are more likely to happen on a descent than ascent, especially on the larger multiple pitches. This sport is physically demanding. It takes a lot of training, and you should be knowledgeable about the climbing techniques because like I said, this can be a dangerous activity, and one might fall.

There are two types of rock climbing: the aid and the free climbing. Aid climbing is a popular method for climbing big walls. Gears are worn to help you in moving upward and ensure safety. Well, if I get the opportunity to rock climb, I'll never have second thoughts...*big Smile* Free climbing, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of aid climbing. That's right! No gears, just your physical strength and mental alertness. So, fancy a day of free climbing? Nah, I'm good. I still want to graduate, get a job, get married, and produce 12 children. Okay.

Yes, this is a serious sport. Serious, like dangerous! But hey, proper and excessive training can be of great help. So if you want this sport, you better start your training now and just have fun! *winks* Wanna join? *slaps me* I said I'm good!
