So the ingredients you will need for this amazing cookie recipe include pancake mix, milk, egg, vegetable oil, Oreo cookies and some vegetable or canola oil for frying. You will also need some confectioners sugar (which is optional). To start you will need to freeze the Oreo cookies for approximately an hour. Then fill a cooking pot with some oil, and heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Just a note that deep frying can be dangerous, and you want to be careful. It is best to use a heavy pot, and to never fill the pot with oil more than halfway full. For this cookie recipe you only need about two or three inches of oil. Turn on the stove fan, and make sure you are prepared if any grease should spill. You want to turn off your stove (if you can), and you can also use some baking soda if any fire should start.

For the Deep Fried Oreos combine the pancake mix, egg, milk and vegetable oil in a large bowl, and whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth. Then dip an Oreo cookie in the mixture and cover it completely so that you can't see the cookie through the batter. Then slowly and carefully drop the batter coated cookies into the hot oil, and fry on each side of the cookie until they are golden brown. When the cookie is finished deep frying, remove from the oil with some tongs and drain on some paper towels. You can dust these cookies in some confectioners sugar, and eat them while they are still warm.
