Then you will want to mix some sour cream in with the cream cheese. With another bowl mix the heavy cream to make whipped cream. Once your heavy cream is forming peaks, you will want to mix the cream cheese with your whipped cream. It is a good idea to use a spatula when mixing the two together, and make sure to not over mix. Then you can take out your fresh strawberries and slice them, and then pour some sugar on top of the strawberries and mix together in a bowl. Get out the glasses you will be serving the strawberry cheesecake parfaits in, and start by layering the biscuit crumbs on the bottom, with a layer of the cheese filling over them, and the strawberries over the cream cheese, and repeat.
