So the knives stabbed in that whatsoever called head (when you open the link below) looks a little creepy. Ok, so not a little bit... it's super creepy! Who would want to see a man with not only one knife but five in his head?! Creepy. Gross. Whatever you call it. But wait, just relax. We are not going to talk about knife-stabbing and other 'things'. These creative knives would certainly catch your attention. One of these is the do-it-all kitchen knife. Well, from the name itself, you know what it means already. All parts of the blades are utilized. This really sounds unique and fascinating, but guys, one of the main accident causes in the kitchen is knives. It is not enough that you hold it away from children and your love ones. We know that we have to use it around them at some point. So now, put away your potatoes and kitchen knife and let us talk about safety while using it.

A knife is considered as one of the most used tools and one of the most dangerous tool in the kitchen. Almost all recipes require the use of knife. To guarantee safety, you need to know how to handle it first. If you are right-handed, use your right hand, then left if you're a lefty. Make sure that you follow this and while you're slicing, do not put it near your other hand. Chances are you will cut yourself. If possible, don't hold that thing you are cutting with your hand. If you have to, make sure that it is far enough from the blade. Always use a chopping board with a damp cloth underneath.

Check your knife's sharpness too. It is better to have it sharp than a dull knife. More accidents happen when you use a dull one. In passing your knife to the other person, make sure that the sharp blade is not pointing at that person. You wouldn't want to unintentionally stab someone, do you? Unless you have a hidden agenda. *silence* Should I wink? NO.

When you are walking around the kitchen, there is also a proper way to hold it. You walk with the handle at the side and the blade facing the back. After use, put the knife back at the knife block away from children's reach.

I wouldn't say have fun playing with your knife. That's just silly. But have this do-it-all kitchen knife! But use it carefully!
