Its leaves are used for flavor which can be more flavorful when dried than fresh. This herb has a warm, aromatic and slightly bitter taste characteristics. Do you love cheese? Me too! I love all kinds of cheeses. A Greek salad uses a feta cheese. This is a brined curd white cheese which is made in Greece from the sheep's milk or from a mixture of sheep and goat's milk. Feta cheese is a crumbly aged cheese that is commonly produced in blocks and has a slightly grainy texture.
