For the cake recipe, you will need some dark hot chocolate, some oil, and a chocolate cake mix. For the chocolate ganache recipe, you will need heavy cream and milk chocolate chips. For the delicious marshmallow buttercream recipe, you will need some room temperature butter, some of the marshmallow fluff that comes in a container, some vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. To make the chocolate ganache recipe place the chocolate chips in a medium sized bowl that is heat proof. Heat the heavy cream in a small pot over low heat, until it boils. Then pour the heavy cream over the chocolate chips, and allow the mixture to stand for approximately one to two minutes. Then use a spatula to stir until it's smooth. Then you can let the chocolate ganache come to room temperature before adding it to the cake.

For the marshmallow buttercream recipe, start by beating the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Then add in the marshmallow fluff and the vanilla extract, and mix gently by hand with a spatula. Gradually add the powdered sugar, a bit at a time, first mixing by hand, and then using an electric mixer. Then you will have to decide how much or how little frosting you will want throughout your cake layers. You want to make sure the buttercream frosting is visible on the sides. Then using a spoon, you can drizzle the room temperature ganache over top the marshmallow buttercream, and allow it to drip down the sides of the chocolate cake. Cover the center of the chocolate cake with the chocolate ganache, and then add some mini marshmallows to the top of the cake. With a kitchen torch to make the marshmallows nice and toasty.
