Make the cheese filling in a small bowl by putting the ricotta cheese, nutmeg, egg and parsley in. Mix together with a spoon. You can now start building the layers in a 9 by 13 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
