Low Sugar Orange Chicken

Some of the ingredients you will need for the recipe include boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces, orange juice, orange zest, low sodium soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, all natural honey, low sugar orange marmalade, red pepper flakes, low sodium chicken broth, beaten egg, all purpose flour and vegetable oil. To start you will preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Place the chicken in a small bowl and add salt, pepper and beaten egg, and toss well. Shake off the excess egg and dredge the chicken pieces in the bowl of flour. Evenly spread out the chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout.

At home oranges have a shelf life of about one month. Oranges are best stored loosely in an open or perforated plastic bag.
