Mini Tortilla Crust Pizzas

Find Your Perfect ONLINE JOB

It cannot be denied that finger foods are simply amazing. A great idea for your next dinner is to host a 'tapa' party, which is mostly single serving finger style food. With some (but not all) tapa food, you don't have to to provide plates or utentils. These little mini pizzas are perfect for easy party planning where using your fingers is enough. This is why they are called "finger foods" after all.

The finger food version of pizzas is called Mini Tortilla Crust Pizzas. Some people even call it Tortizza Bites. When it comes to taste, if you love the toppings more than the crust, then you will love these little bites. The best thing about Mini Tortilla Crust Pizzas is you can have them served on your table in just a matter of minutes. Just set out your ingredients and get busy. This is also the perfect project to involved your kids because it is so easy.

To make these delicious mini pizza bites, there are a few ways that you can create the crust. In the image here you see that the tortilla has been cut into 4 four quarters and sort of folded up to create the base. You can also use a cookie cutter and cut the tortilla into rounds that get placed into the muffin tray. Using the muffin tin will create a little lip on the crusts and the toppings will not fall off as easily. You could also make them flat, but then you do risk the chance of the toppings coming off at the party. These are typically a two bite finger food if you use a regular size muffin pan, and if you want to go for a one bite finger food than you could theoretically go one size smaller and use mini muffin trays.
