Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream Cake

So, this time, we're going to have ice cream--- “Oh my God! I want cookies and cream!” “No! Rocky road is much better!” “You guys are delusional! Chocolate is the best among the rest!” “I'd go for vanilla.” “Alright! We're all undecided. Since you choose cookies and cream, rocky road, chocolate, and vanilla, we will have Raspberry Ripple.” Uh, guys? Yohoo? I'm right here! Well, I got some bad news. As much as I want to eat ice cream right now, I don’t have. I'm not here to sell or give you ice cream. And even if I have, you'll never get a single ounce of it. *silence* Good. So, we have here another chocolaty and ice creamy recipe, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream Cake. What’s so cool about this recipe (and very obvious), as in cool, is ice cream! Well, I'm going to tell you about this all-time favourite dessert. *winks*

Ice cream, also called as cream ice, is “a frozen food, typically eaten as a snack or dessert. Made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours.” For a stabilization; flavourings are added. Sucrose, corn syrup, cane sugar, and beet sugar also provides ice cream its irresistible sweetness. ‘Frozen Custard’, ‘frozen yoghurt’, ‘sorbet’, and ‘gelato’ are phrases used to “distinguish different varieties and styles.” In the United States, the phrase ‘ice cream’ is only used to a specific kind.

According to Mary Bellis, the origin of ice cream can be traced back to the 4th century. “Early references include the Roman emperor Nero (A.D. 37-68) who ordered ice to be brought from the mountains and combined with fruit toppings, and King Tang (A.D. 618-97) of Shang, China who had a method of creating ice and milk concoctions.” And, of course, the recipe for making ice cream before is unlike the recipes we have now.

Aah...ice cream, my love. I'm so happy you exist because baby you light up my world like nobody else. The way that you flip my hair gets me overwhelmed. But when I smile at the ground it is not hard to tell. “You don't know-oh-oh! That’s what makes you beautiful!” Go away. I'm having a moment with my ice cream here! Geez.

Now it is time for you to enjoy! You can view the link to the recipe on "Our Daily Ideas" website below.
