For the spaghetti sauce recipe you will need olive oil, chopped onion, crushed garlic, sugar, salt, dried basil leaves, fennel seed, pepper, Italian tomatoes, tomato paste, spaghetti and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

To start preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then in a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs slightly, then add the milk and bread, and mix well. Let stand for about five minutes. Add the ground chuck, onion, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and mix until well blended. Shape into meatballs, about one and a half inches in diameter. Place in shallow baking dish, and bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes. Then in a Dutch oven using hot oil over medium heat, saute the onion and garlic until golden. Add the remainder of the sauce ingredients and some water, and mash the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Bring the tomatoes to a boiling. Then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about one hour longer, stirring occasionally. Cook the spaghetti to al dente and drain. Then to serve place the spaghetti on a serving dish and top with meatballs and sauce, sprinkle with some cheese.
