No Bake Snickers Cheesecake

For this no bake Snicker cheesecake recipe you will start by grinding up some Oreo cookies for the crust and combining them with some butter, sugar and salt, once that's all mixed up you will press the mixture into a 9 inch springform pan or a large deep dish pie dish, and chill for two hours or until firm. Next you will beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, add in the vanilla extract, sour cream and caramel sauce. When that is mixed together you will need to fold in the whipping cream, gelatine and the Snickers chunks. To garnish use roasted peanuts and lots of extra caramel, you could also use fudge sauce. Chunks of Snickers also do the trick. When the cheesecake is prepared you will chill for at least four hours before serving,then slice it up to enjoy. It's the perfect summer treat, sweet, light, creamy and cool.
