Its best to bake them until they are a nice golden brown color. Some of the ingredients you will need for this peanut butter cup cookie recipe include softened butter, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, baking powder, eggs, all purpose flour and miniature peanut butter cups that are coarsely chopped. To start you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper, or simply use engrossed baking sheets. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the peanut butter and butter, beating on medium high until smooth and creamy about one to two minutes, slowly adding the sugars, baking soda and baking powder. When all the ingredients are combined you will want to drop in small rounds approximately 1 1/2 inch balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing two inches apart, and bake for seven to nine minutes, every oven is different so you will want to keep an eye on them. When cooled store in an airtight container, you can even freeze them if you'd like.
