To start, brown the Italian sausage until it is brown, along with the onion until cooked through. Then stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the marinara sauce and the tortellini to the sausage. Cover and simmer the tortellini for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the tortellini is almost cooked. Then stir in the half and half, and sprinkle in a little mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan, so that the cheese can melt. Then sprinkle with some basil before serving. It's that easy, and it looks so good!
