This s'mores scones recipe are graham cracker scones that are filled with yummy filled sweet pockets of marshmallows and melted chocolate. You will also need some mini marshmallows, half and half cream, and French vanilla creamer. To start the scone recipe preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl sift all of the dry recipe ingredients this will include the crushed graham crackers, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then use your hands to crumble some of the butter into the dry ingredients. Fold some of the chocolate chips the mini marshmallows. In the center of the dry ingredients make a well and pour in some half and half some of the French vanilla creamer. Gently combine the ingredients. Then with a floured surface you can shape the scone dough into round disks, you can make large scones or mini scones, whichever you prefer. Then cut the dough into scones with a pizza cutter or large knife. Place the scones on a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper and brush the top of each scone with some French vanilla creamer. Put the scones into a preheated oven and bake them approximately 20 minutes. You will know the S'mores Scones are done baking when they are a nice light golden on top.
