These baked cookies are incredibly soft and chewy. Once you bite it you will feel the gooey chocolate and marshmallows melting in your mouth with a crunch from the graham crackers. Now before you start preparing, you will need extreme self control because the dough itself is a temptation. Restrain yourself from tasting it or there will be nothing left to bake. In this recipe you start by mixing the dough ingredients. Take 2 scoops of it and gently flatten it with your palm. This could be the hardest part because you have to cover it and refrigerate for a day or for at least 2 hours before baking. Don't worry sacrificing a day or 2 hours is definitely worth it. Also, cooling the dough is intended to perfect the cookie's shape because baking warm dough will make thin and flat cookies. After the wait is over, bake your dough in the preheated oven, after 10 minutes it's ready. Just let it cool and grab your cookie. You can even store them and they will last for a week at room temperature. It can last up to 3 months in a freezer but you might say it will not even last for an hour.
