Sour Cream Noodle Bake

When it comes to food and great meals, there is no better combination than meat and pasta. If you love protein and carbohydrates as much as I do, then you should learn how to make this scrumptious Sour Cream Noodle Bake. It is simple, flavourful, filling, and well-loved by many. I personally adore tomato sauce and recommend making it with the vodka cream pasta tomato sauce found at many local grocery stores. Serve it with garlic bread, Cesar salad, corn, and a cold glass of milk. No matter the time of year, your family will love you for making their bellies happy.

Some of the ingredients you will need to make this dish include lean ground beef, tomato sauce, pasta noodles, cheddar cheese, and onions. I particularly love onions and cheese, so I tend to add a little extra than what the recipe actually calls for. Also, if you like your sauce to be very creamy, be sure to add in a few extra scoops of sour cream! Once everything has been chopped up and combined in a casserole dish, you will need to place it in the oven and cook it at 350 degrees for twenty minutes or until you can see the vibrant orange color of the cheddar cheese melting evenly over the pasta.

Making this dish is really that simple! You can make this recipe when you do not have much time or if you just do not feel like being in the kitchen too long. Nobody will ever notice that you spent so little time preparing this delightful meal – and no one will care, either! They will be too busy filling their boots with all of the yummy goodness.

Really, who ever said you had to spend a long time in the kitchen in order to produce a delicious meal? In my books, the easier the better, and the faster the better too. If it works, go with it!

If you have any allergies, do feel free to try substituting ingredients. Gluten-free pasta is very good, and you can hardly tell the difference! If you are a vegetarian, this pasta is still delicious without the ground beef. No matter what your dietary restrictions may be or what your personal preferences are, I am sure you will find that this recipe is very easy to make changes to. No matter what you do with it, it will still make for a great meal!

I found this awesome recipe at the “Life in the Loft House” website and food blog, where Holly Lofthouse is not only the writer, she’s also the founder and creator. She launched her blog way back in September 2010, with the intention of sharing all of the wonderful recipes she’s been making since time immemorial, as well as the new ones she is just trying for the first time! She loves to cook and experiment with new ideas, and lucky us cuz she shares everything she learns on her blog. That’s how I found this recipe for Sour Cream Noodle Bake, and there are lots more where that one came from!
