To start combine the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for a few minutes. Then place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and gradually add the milk mixture, whisking until smooth. Then stir in the Greek yogurt and vanilla and cool completely. Then place the corn syrup, juice and strawberries in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into an ice pop old, and top with the strawberry mixture, then with the cream cheese mixture. Stir the two with a skewer, and freeze until solid (approximately four hours). When you take the strawberry cheesecake pops out of their molds, you can dip them in some graham cracker crumbs.
