Most people might think that the vegetables are not enough to fill you up, but the truth is, that the vegetables are so nutrient dense that your body is thriving getting all the nutrients it needs and doesn't crash like it would with other foods that make you feel full for the time being, but don't sustain you throughout the day.

Some of the ingredients you will need for this delicious veggie pasta recipe include whole grain linguine, zucchini, yellow squash, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped red onion and extra virgin olive oil. You will also need some white wine vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, minced garlic cloves, toasted panic, basil leaves and thinly sliced radishes.

To start this easy to do pasta recipes you will cook the pasta according to the package directions on the box. Then while the pasta is cooking, shave the zucchini and the squash into thin ribbons by using a vegetable peeler. Place the ribbons in a large bowl, and add the tomatoes, and other ingredients to the bowl. Toss the recipe ingredients together, to combine. Then let stand for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat. Then add the pasta to the vegetables, and toss to combine. Top the pasta recipe with some panic, basil, radishes and some cheese.
