A conspiracy theory is an explanatory hypothesis the accuses two or more persons, a group or an organization of having caused or coverup up something through secret planning and deliberate action. An event or situation which is typically illegal or harmful. The term conspiracy theory has become somewhat of a derogatory meaning over time, and it is often used to dismiss or ridicule beliefs in conspiracies. The term has continued to be used to refer to actual, proven conspiracies. Some popular conspiracy theories include Pearl Harbor advance knowledge, Plan Z a false flag operation carried out in Chile to justify the coup of September 11, 1973, Pan Am Flight 103 conspiracy theory, Oklahoma City bombing conspiracy theories, Russian apartment bombings conspiracy theories, 9/11 conspiracy theories, 2004 Madrid train bombings conspiracy theories, Boston Marathon bombing conspiracy theories, Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting conspiracy theories, Charlie Hebdo shooting conspiracy theories and many others.

David Icke is good at getting us thinking by combining discussions about the universe and consciousness with conspiracy theories about public figures being satanic paedophiles, and how apparently unconnected events are really attempts to control humanity. The Biggest Secret that human beings originated in a breeding program run by a race of reptillians called Anunnaki from the Draco constellation, and what we call our reality is just really a holographic experience, fun stuff. Icke believes in a collective consciousness that has intentionality, in reincarnation, and in other possible worlds that exist alongside ours on other frequencies. While most might find his ideas far fetched, they definitely can get the conversation started.
