This mini chocolate peanut butter pie recipe, is almost a no bake recipe, with a delicious toffee graham cracker crust, a creamy peanut butter filling, and a chocolate ganache topping. For the crust recipe, you will need some whole graham crackers, some melted butter, brown sugar and some toffee bits. For the crust recipe add the crust ingredients to your food processor and blend until the ingredients are a fine crumble. Then you can divide the crust recipe mixture into the liners, and press the mixture into the bottom of the liners. Then bake for approximately five to seven minutes or until the crust is slightly golden, and set aside.

For the peanut butter pie filling recipe some of the ingredients you will need are some heavy cream, some room temperature cream cheese, some smooth peanut butter, confectioners sugar and pure vanilla. To prepare the filling recipe beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Then add the confectioners sugar, vanilla, toffee bits, cinnamon, and salt. Beat the ingredients until they are smooth, this is a thick mix. Then gently fold in the whipped heavy cream, into the peanut butter cream cheese until the mixture is completely blended. Then spoon the peanut butter pie filling into the muffin tins, and freeze for approximately one hour.
