You can use a small cookie scoop to put the cookie mixture in the muffin tin. Then bake for approximately 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Then cool the muffin pan on a wire rack for about two minutes and then turn the muffin tin over on a wire rack so that all the muffins come out. Then cool completely and once all the cookie batter is cooked, you can make the lemon glaze recipe.

The ingredients you will need for the lemon glaze recipe include powdered sugar, grated lemon zest, melted unsalted butter, fresh lemon juice, and hot water. Then put the wire racks over waxed paper. The beat the lemon glaze ingredients in a medium sized bowl until smooth. Then dip the muffins in the lemon glaze to coat the bottoms, which are now the tops of the muffins. Then let the lemon glaze run down the sides and let the excess drip off back into the bowl. Then place each lemon drop cookie back on the wire racks until the glaze is set.
