Slow Cooker Sausage and Squash Lasagna

For a busy weeknight dinner recipe idea you'll want to try this "Slow Cooker Sausage and Squash Lasagna" recipe. Some of the ingredients you will need for this recipe include ricotta cheese, grated Asiago cheese, chopped fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped fresh chives, freshly ground black pepper, garlic, red wine vinegar, yellow crookneck squash sliced, cooking spray, hot turkey sausage links casings removed, chopped onion, shiitake mushrooms, chicken stock, chopped fresh basil leaves, marinara sauce, lasagna noodles and shredded fontina cheese. To start you will combine the ricotta cheese and some Asiago cheese, some parsley, some chives, pepper, and one garlic clove, grated, in a bowl and set aside. Bring some water to a boil in a large skillet and stir in red wine vinegar. Add squash and zucchini and cook for two minutes then drain. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Coat a pan with cooking spray and add sausage cook about seven minutes, stirring to crumble. Stir in onion and cook 8 minutes or until onion is tender.
