Baby Blooming Onions

Then dip them back into the egg mixture and then again into the flour mixture, You will need to slowly and carefully work the mixtures into the petals of the onion. Then refrigerate the onions for approximately 15 to 30 minutes.Then heat the oil in a heavy pan to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Be careful while frying with oil. You will need just enough oil to cover the onion. Fry the onions right side up for approximately 6 to 9 minutes. Stay close by so they do not get too brown. Drain on some paper towels. Serve them while they are still hot with the chipotle mayo.
