Head of the Kuybyshevsky Department for Civil Defence and Emergency Situations, Valery Vasiliev, said that the object is made from ultra- heavy-duty titanium. Some rumors stated that it came from the Kazakhstan rocket or satellite takeoff, but since, these rumors have been denied.

Now, the object is under the supervision of unspecified authorities. Whatever the thing might be, it inevitably triggers curiosity for many people.
