The President of the United States knows a lot of classified information not available to the public. Because the President is the 'secret keeper', he is often put in the firing line of inquiring minds. One of the pressing issues people want to know more about is the possible existence of aliens. Current President, Barack Obama, recently did an interview with late night TV host, Jimmy Kimmel. During this interview, as with his predecessor Bill Clinton, Kimmel asked Obama whether aliens exist. Barack Hussein Obama, born in Honolulu Hawaii in 1961, is the 44th and current President of the United States (and first ever African American to hold the office). He is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School where he served as president of the Harvard Law Review. He was a community organizer in Chicago prior to earning his law degree and he also worked as a civil rights attorney and taught constitutional law. Obama served three terms in the Illinois Senate and ran unsuccessfully for the United States House of Representatives before becoming President after his 2007 Presidential campaign against Hillary Clinton. He was inaugurated as President in January, 2009 and just nine months after his inauguration Obama was named the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize laureate.

None of these qualifications, however, keep Obama from simply being 'human'. Indeed, Obama's reactions, body language and choice of banter and jokes which avoided Jimmy Kimmel's 'alien questioning' were all part of the human condition. While conventional wisdom determines Obama was telling the truth when he was joking about alien life and his knowledge thereof, Ben Hansen, former host of Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files and previous law enforcement officer, points out that all jokes aside, there was tell-tale 'evidence' of �significant apprehension, stress, and guarded behavior� during the question and answer period.

Hansen notes that during the questioning of aliens and UFOs by Kimmel, Obama's breathing rate increased and that his joking appeared to interrupt, delay and deflect the questions. Hansen also notes that on all of the few occasions Obama has spoken about UFOs and aliens, he uses humor (sometimes very poor humor). For example, in Roswell, New Mexico, Obama stepped off the plane and stated �I come in peace�. He then said it is usually 9 and 10 year-old boys who ask about aliens, to which he normally answers �If I told you I would have to kill you�. Using jokes can be a sign someone is uncomfortable with telling the truth about what they may know.

Other signs of Obama's discomfort with Kimmel's line of questioning are reflected in his change in demeanor from the comedian to being quite guarded and his smile changes to a look of annoyance. Obama also breaks eye contact. Obama looks down, and to the right, which indicates on the Neuro-linguistic Programming protocol that he is having an internal dialogue. I wonder what his internal conversation was about? Could it have been about... aliens?
