There are so many nutritious contents that you could get from eating a hard-boiled egg. It is very delicious too, and boiling it is one of the easiest ways to cook eggs. I must admit that it can sometimes be frustrating peeling them clean. It also takes time for some of us folks to remove the eggshells. If you are in a hurry and you happen to need to finish peeling a lot of hard-boiled eggs, you will definitely need a trick of the trade to make that work easier and faster for you.

How often have you wished that peeling hard-boiled eggs was easy. It is sooo fiddly and soooo frustrating sometimes when all the shell gets cracked apart. If you are one of those people who is tired of doing it the hard way, then this article is for you. All you will need to do is shake that hard-boiled egg inside a container with half an inch of water in it. Shake it for three seconds and that is it. You already have your hard-boiled eggs easily peeled. A little tip though, if your eggs are really fresh, then this tip will not work quite a smooth as in the video. With fresh eggs, the egg white sticks to the inner shell membrane because it is a less acidic environment. As eggs age, they get easier to peel. Once the protective coating wears away the egg gets more porous and brings in more area and gets rid of more carbon dioxide. This makes the egg white more acidic and it will stick to the inner membrane less. The white will also shrink a small amount so the space between it and the egg shell gets bigger making it easier to peel when hard boiled.

Don't believe this method works, well check out "Egg Peels' website link and video below.
