Then in a roasting pan, combine the Brussel sprouts, garlic cloves, onions and oil, and season with some salt and pepper to taste. Then tear the prosciutto slices up just using your hands, and arrange onto the top of the brussel sprouts. Roast the dish for approximately twenty to thirty minutes or just until the sprouts begin to get a little charred, and the prosciutto becomes crisp. You can stir the mixture once or twice. If you like more charring of the brussel sprouts, you can leave the mixture in the oven just a bit longer, make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't over cook.
