Find Your Perfect ONLINE JOB

There are some recipes that just look so good you just have to try them out for yourself. These Sriracha Shrimp Rolls are one of those recipes. They look like something that might be on a restaurant menu, but they seem easy enough to make at home, so why not? You don't need to many crazy ingredients to make them too, and they mostly use fresh natural ingredients so they would be relatively healthy as well. The shrimp and the sriracha hot sauce would be so good, and then the veggies to add some freshness in! It totally reminds me of Vietnamese sub sandwiche recipe, they use a lot of the same ingredients like cucumber, cilantro, lime and onions and they serve it on a freshly baked bun. It is so good! I even usually put Sriracha on mine when I get them so this sandwich would be right up my alley.

The roll adds so much to these sandwiches, so don't just get any old roll, make sure you get nice freshly baked that day rolls from a good bakery. And also, so important, make sure that you do the buttering and toasting of the bun, it just won't be the same if you miss this step. It would also be amazing with some avocado on top too. These rolls would be a great alternative to hot dogs that taste good, but are not so good for you since they are super processed, and no one really knows exactly what is really in them. Shrimp and all the vegetables on the other hand, give you some sustenance, its like a salad on a bun! In fact it would also be good as a salad recipe. Give this one a try and see how you like it!

Some of the ingredients you will need for this Sriracha Shrimp rolls recipe include peeled and deveined medium shrimp, canola mayonnaise, Sriracha, finely chopped celery, finely chopped English cucumber, chopped fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice and chopped onions. You will also need some split hot dog rolls, and melted butter. To start boil some water in a medium saucepan over high heat, and add the shrimp cooking for a couple of minutes, or until done. Drain, then rinse under cold water, and drain again. Discard the tail shells, and coarsely chop the shrimp. Combine the mayonnaise and other ingredients in a large bowl, and stir in the shrimp, and toss well to coat. Then in a large frying pan over medium heat, brush each side of the hot dog rolls evenly with butter, and add the rolls to the pan to cook. Cook on each side until lightly toasted and golden brown. Fill each toasted roll with some of the shrimp mixture.
