Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes

So what is special about strawberries? Well, strawberries are a superb source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a superior dosage of fibre, folic acid, manganese and potassium. They also have major amounts of phytonutrients and flavonoids which make strawberries bright red.

With all the goodness in fresh strawberries, of course incorporating them into a cupcake is a great idea!

Cupcakes are very popular and a great dessert to bring along for events, serve at parties and sell in bake sales.

This recipe will make 18 cupcakes. The frosting is a simple cream cheese one which adds a perfect amount of texture and sweetness to your fresh strawberry flavor.
