Homemade Pretzel Bites

When I was a kid, my mother used to bake Homemade Pretzel Bites. My siblings and I even fought for it with its fantastic taste that’s perfect for those who like a one of kind treat at home. Its sweet taste and fluffy character makes it a highly talked about recipe these days. If you love bringing guests to your home home, then you can serve it to them and they will be uber impressed with your baking skills.

If you just got home and are tired after work and want to have something to munch on while relaxing, this is a highly satisfying snack that you can have on hand. You just need about 30 minutes of prep time and they will be ready. You can even prepare these without having to use a mixer. My family loves to eat pretzel and we even have them for dinner. I’m sure once you have tried eating these cute bites, you will love their sweet doughy taste.

What is different and neat about this recipe is that you will be using pre-made dinner rolls that you rips apart, re roll into bite sized pieces and then boil for 2 minutes before crisping them up with some salt and butter. Why bother if the rolls are already cooked? Well, this process will help to create bite sized, browned and crunchy (but also doughy) bites that are just like mini pretzels. By making them this way, you will create a delicious and homey smell to your kitchen that will bring back the memories of you Mother or Grandmother baking in the kitchen. There is something just so appealing about bread baking in the oven, and I dare you to think of a kitchen smell that can beat this one.

Well enjoy! The entire recipe can be found at the "For the Love of Food" website link below.
