Find Your Perfect ONLINE JOB

With a cake recipe name like Slutty Brownie Cake (Triple Layered), you just know it's going to be over the top! A triple layered cake recipe is almost too much to handle. This layer cake recipe might just be the best recipe ever. It's a layer cake, with one layer made to taste like a chocolate chip cookie recipe, one with Oreo cookies and one that is like a brownie. Then in between the layers is some Swiss buttercream. This delicious cake recipe is then topped with ganache, a freshly baked cookie recipe, and Oreos, wow! The ingredients needed for the Swiss buttercream recipe include sugar, egg whites, lemon juice, salt and room temperature butter. The cookie dough layer ingredients include molasses and chocolate chips. The Oreo layer is easy with some crumbled Oreos, and the brownie recipe ingredients include some Dutch processed cocoa powder. Optional toppings include brownies, cookies, Oreos and ganache.

You'll want to start this cake recipe by preparing and baking your cake layers. Then you can make the Swiss Buttercream recipe. To start the Buttercream Recipe, bring some water to a boil in a saucepan that is big enough to hold a standing mixer's bowl above the water in the saucepan. Start whisking the sugar, egg white, lemon juice and salt in the bowl by hand. Above the boiling water, set the bowl and continue to keep whisking until the mixture is too hot to the touch and the sugar dissolves, approximately one to two minutes. Then transfer the bowl to a standing mixer that is fitted with the whisk attachment and beat the egg white at medium high until they can almost hold a stiff peak till carefully cooled, this should take approximately ten minutes. Then beat in the butter just a bit at a time, until the buttercream is smooth and spreadable. Then to assemble the cake, start by placing one layer of cake on the cake stand. Then spread some of the Swiss Buttercream recipe on top and then place the second layer of cake onto this. Spread the buttercream over top this layer, and add the last layer of cake on top of the buttercream. You can then finish icing the layer cake with the Buttercream on top and the sides of the cake recipe. Frost the cake until it's smooth and drizzle with some ganache and decorated with the additional cake toppings if you'd like. Enjoy!
