This zesty hamburger soup recipe is easy to do, as you just throw all the ingredients into your slow cooker and set! To start you brown your ground beef in a pan on the stove, adding your vegetables, seasonings and beef broth into the slow cooker. Give the soup a good stir, place the lid on top ad cook over low heat for about six to eight hours depending on the size of your slow cooker. It is recommended that you try it at the lowest time and make adjustments from there, if the recipe needs more water during the cooking process or more seasoning you can adjust accordingly. About an hour before the recipe finishes, put on a large pot of water and bring to a boil for the noodles, drop them in the water and cook for the recommended time on the package, taking off about a minute so they can continue to cook after. You don't need to rinse the noodles, just take out with a large slotted spoon or ladle and place them in the slow cooker, mix up the soup and add a little pasta water. You can also add the parmesan to the recipe now too. Remember to check the soup around four to five hours the first time you make it to properly adjust for the next time you make this delicious soup recipe.
